How is the work controlled?
An approved artwork revision is the unit of control. Product profiles define dimensions, bleed, cut separation names, material, and machine constraints. A failed check holds the job with a precise report; it does not quietly fix a logo or release an unapproved file.
What do you receive?
A documented input contract, preflight rules, a proof route, qualified exports, and an operator runbook. The selected pilot covers one bounded workflow; a larger system connects several routes and production devices.
What stays with your team?
Artwork that needs creative judgment, unknown materials, color-critical approval, and actual machine release remain with a person. The system prepares the evidence and files they need.
What does it cost, and who maintains it?
A Pilot Build is $2,400 for one workflow over two weeks. A System Build is $7,500–$22,000 over four to ten weeks. Managed Operations is $750–$3,200 per month and covers monitoring, failure handling, upkeep, reporting, and agreed iteration hours. Full scope and support terms are agreed before a build begins.
