What does the audit form collect?
The form asks for your email, business type, and workflow description so the enquiry can be evaluated and a response prepared. Avoid passwords, customer personal data, payment information, and confidential artwork. There is no newsletter signup and no marketing consent hidden in the audit request.
Where is the request processed?
When configured, the site passes the request over an authenticated connection to the KLYRFOCUS intake workflow. That workflow uses Make and ClickUp for routing and work records, with Gmail for reviewed delivery. The preview does not report successful submission when that connection is unavailable.
What is the retention policy?
The implementation’s proposed operating policy is to remove unconverted enquiry content after 90 days and retain only the minimum audit trail required for active work. This policy must be enabled and verified in connected services before public collection begins. Third-party retention and regional requirements require a launch review.
Is visitor behavior tracked?
The measurement code sends only an event name, page path, and coarse referral category when a measurement sink is configured. It does not send your workflow, email, full referring URL, or query string. This build does not set analytics cookies. Hosting services can maintain their own security logs.
How do you request help with your information?
Use the founder-conversation route on the contact page and state the request. A verified privacy contact and the legal operator’s full details are required before public launch. This preview remains private until the identity, retention, and contact details are confirmed.
