What is included in a Pilot Build?
The $2,400 Pilot Build covers one agreed workflow over two weeks: implementation, testing, documentation, and handover. Scope and acceptance criteria are fixed before work begins. There is no separately billed discovery phase. Access delays, missing inputs, or changed requirements are raised explicitly rather than silently expanding the work.
How is a System Build priced?
A System Build costs $7,500–$22,000 and typically spans four to ten weeks. Workflow count, integration complexity, decision logic, interfaces, and production profiles determine scope. The proposal states the deliverables, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and exclusions before any commitment is made.
Does the pilot credit toward a larger system?
Yes. The full $2,400 Pilot Build fee credits toward a System Build started within 60 days. The credit is recorded in the signed scope and applied once. It does not change the agreed deliverables or waive the larger system’s acceptance process.
What does Managed Operations cover?
Managed Operations costs $750–$3,200 per month. It covers monitoring, failure handling, model and integration upkeep, monthly reporting, and an agreed bank of iteration hours. It is included as an explicit recurring line in every System Build proposal for service after handover; there is no hidden enrollment or charge.
Which costs sit outside the build fee?
Third-party subscriptions, usage-based model costs, hosting, commercial preflight licenses, and unusual migration work are listed separately when needed. Applicable taxes and currency conversion are handled explicitly in the proposal for the customer’s location. Published figures are USD, not a promise of local-currency settlement.
What if the pilot does not meet acceptance?
The workflow does not proceed to handover while agreed acceptance tests fail. We document the issue, correct work within the agreed scope, and retest. No revenue outcome or blanket refund guarantee is implied; commercial remedies and change-control terms are stated in the signed agreement.
